integrated I/O Controllers & PS/2 Mouse support on 486 Socket 3 boards

only certain "socket 3" chipset boards seem to have integrated I/O Controllers
for the SIS Chipset. it seems to be the SIS 497 & SIS 496 have it and the SIS 471,SIS 469, SIS 461 dont

not sure what form factor this is but its huge compared to the other 486 boards
