It does if you use the cr*cked "cubase.386" file from the DOSBox version or the zip from Chris posted above, and put it in the C:\Windows\System\ folder.

No point in buying a full box without the dongle though, unless you're after the hardback manuals.

I'm sorry but you're being cryptic about what you're really after.

You can install Cubase XT, from the files posted here and there.
If you have the dongle, you can run it legit, like I am.
If you don't, there's the Cubase.386 cr*ck.

What's the point asking about floppies anyway?

« U.R. Card » means the serial (113000444) is on the User Registration Card, which one can see in the fourth picture your posted.  ;D
