released in march 2003 according to the news archive located here: http://www.rme-audio.de/news/en_list_of_records.php see entry of july 2003; which states: " July 2003: RME's HDSP 9632 (introduced in March 2003) is the world's only PCI card with active jitter suppression for maximum sound quality in any clocking situation. RME's sensational SteadyClock technology will be implemented in all upcoming products."
