to use this file u must have mac os x operating system installed!

download this file (.smi.bin - self mounting image file encoded to macbinary)
unstuff with stuffit expander
double click the file to mount
u will see a few directories
copy these files to a partition formatted with mac os extended filesystem (known also as HFS+)
select the new installation location as your startup disk under "apple menu" > "control panels" > "startup disk"
and restart your G4 computer
