random buggyness caused by bad PSU

just writing a quick note to remind some people that theres many different problems that
can be caused by using a bad PSU for your computer

i recently had the problem of bad SPDIF audio coming from my built in REALTEK SPDIF output,
i tried many things to fix it - replaced the cable 3-4 times only to find the problem resolved itself when
i finally replaced the psu with a 500watt power supply replacement
