Fastest Powermac G5 Quad/PCI-Express

the author concluded that the PMG5 Quad just cant acheive SataIII speeds;
so its best to use only SataII level devices for these machines;
PCI-E SataII controller + SataII SSD's,
imho i think a pci-e x4 controller such as the e4i from Sonnet
https://www.sonnettech.com/product/legacyproducts/tempo_sata_e4i.html
combined with some older SSDs (OCZ vertex ??) should be able to reach the bottleneck of the G5's performance
without wasting hardware that would perform better on a more modern intel platform
