OMS 1.1.3 Interface Drivers
« on: April 09, 2020, 07:28:53 AM »
I've got the OMS 1.1.3 from the oldschooldaw Opcode archive.
The archive only includes a Standard MIDI Driver, MOTU Timepiece and something else.
It is missing (I presume?) the Opcode Studio 3, 4 and 5 drivers.
Newer drivers won't work (not backwards compatible; I've tried OMS 1.2.3 drivers but no avail)

Does anybody have another copy of 1.1.3 or earlier with the drivers included?

OMS 1.0 is another option!

Hey,
I was in contact with a guy who has the original drivers on floppy disks, asked him if he can digitize the contents and send them.. No response for quite some time. So don't count on it.

I ended with installing a (faster) SCSI drive in my Macintosh SE and installing OS 6.0.8 and then the Opcode Studio 3 drivers worked (the younger version).
Now I've got those specific settings (SMPTE and ports, etc.) :)

Happy Days!
