MS-DOS 7 is a computer operating system which has never been released separately by its creator Microsoft,[1] but which corresponds to the basic (real mode) of the Windows 9x family of operating systems.

Windows 95 reports to be MS-DOS 7.0, while Windows 98 and Windows 98SE report as 7.1.
