which machines can run which versions of mac os 9?
« on: May 31, 2020, 12:27:31 PM »
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mac_OS_9
this page contains a table that shows the compatibility of os9 versions
many os9 capable macintosh machines require specific cd installer versions of os9

theres at least 8 different versions of macos9

there is no universal installer cd that works on all macs;
 contrary to the info that has been spread from uneducated people online.
