the stuff your looking for is already posted on this site im pretty sure
did you even try to search for it?

Cubase SX was designed for the initial version of Windows XP.
Cubase 5 VST/32 was designed for Win98SE originally + updated for Windows XP.

so try searching in the corresponding areas.
Both Programs date back to the turn of the Millenium.
