With Firefox 115, users on Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 will automatically be moved to the Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR). Firefox is the only major browser that still supports users on these operating systems.Jul 6, 2023

v52 supports XP + Vista as well as 7,8,8.1 (And Also windows 10! but why? windows 10 can run the latest build...)
The 52esr family will be the last release to run on Windows XP and Vista
