Vision keyboard layout file

I get a popup every time I run about adding the Vision keyboard layout file, and I see the file, and know it has to go into the System file in the System folder, but how exactly do you do that?

Don't want to hose a working system.   :)

i think dragging it to the system folder is enough.. it will go where it needs to go underneath there automatically
but i could be wrong
