Cubase 3.65 For PC (Late 1998?) Windows 95/98

apparently this was released by radium in february or march of 1999 - here is a listing of the files but i cant download :

I found the main program elsewhere, but I've yet to find the add-ons release. I've uploaded it to archive.org.
