New features in Version 1.6 include:
- Pattern Automation & Editing: Now knob tweaks can be
recorded in pattern mode too. The piano roll has a dockable
event editor where such events can be further processed. - Unlimited Undo/Redo: Editing operations in the piano roll,
playlist & knob tweaks can now be undone. Undo levels are
infinite unless undo cache is flushed which happens e.g. on
song loading or when deleting modules - Drum module extended, right-click on tracks to show its
properties. Samples can cut themselves or other tracks now
(e.g. for mutually exclusive hihats) - ACM (Audio Compression Manager) supported, now any WAV
files can be loaded, even WAV MP3s. - Simple vst bank support (.fxb) for VST2 Instruments, available
from the preset menu - Visual Updates: Under "Preferences" you can now set how often
knobs, song position indicators and other visual items are
updated. - Position indicator for the piano roll available
- Improved skin support: all bitmaps may now be replaced, skin
changing 'on the fly' possible - Easy MIDI mode (MIDI In Options): Active generator receives
all MIDI input. The advanced mode works like before, where
each generator can respond to a certain MIDI channel. - MIDI controllers are now routed through to VST2 instruments
- MIDI sequences can now be recorded in pattern mode too
- Simple Humanize function
- Many bugfixes, improved stability

really cool to check this software after many many years... just opened versions 4 and 8 together and realized how bad the color scheme looks on the newer version. you are pretty obliged to use the dark theme.
do you have the keygen for version 4.0f? my serial number works, but online registration won't work indeed, just like the previous version 4.0e.
