Title: "no permission to access resource" enable filesharing on win9x to access network

in control panel
double click "network"
then hit the button that says "File + Print Sharing" and hit it
and put a check on "i want to be able to give ohters access to my files"

windows 9x/ME will restart (as it does after practically any system change)
