Opcode Studio 64X/Studio 64XTC/Studio 128X Installation Instructions for Win2000/XP

1) Run "StudioXInstall.exe" and install software as prompted.
2) Open Control Panel and select Add Hardware.
3) The computer will not find the hardware as it is not plug and play. Select 'Yes, I have added the hardware'
4) Select 'Add a new hardware device' at the bottom of the list.
5) Select 'Install the hardware that I manually select from a list'.
6) Select 'Sound, video and game controllers'.
7) Click 'Have Disk' and browse to the location where you extracted these files.
8) Select "Oemsetup.inf", click 'Open', then 'OK'.
9) The Model field should read 'Gibson Guitars NT MIDI Driver for X Series'. Click 'Next' and then 'Next' again.
10) Your computer may warn you that the driver is not digitally signed. Click 'Continue anyway' if this warning should appear.
11) Chose the serial port the interface is conencted to and the model you are installing.
12) Click 'Finish' and then 'Yes' to restart the computer.
13) The interface can be tested and other interfaces added from the 'Studio X Config' utility in the Control Panel.
