burn to a CD using Adaptec toast
for use with mac os 7-8-9

for mix / tdm systems (requires Digidesign hardware)
also runs without digidesign hardware

The Pro Tools CD-ROM includes Pro Tools PowerMix, a Power Mac application that provides two simultaneous record tracks, up to 16 playback tracks, 64 virtual tracks and two bands of digital equalization per track.


   It's free!
   Very useful on its own or in conjunction with a MIDI + Audio sequencer.
   A good way to learn the Pro Tools interface and to see what all the fuss is about.

   Only works on PCI PowerMacs, not NuBus models.
