Got a project in "Cakewalk Reason" and I need to export stems.

Can anyone help me with a step by step procedure. Bear in mind the computer is remote and I have no experience with the program, I.E. I am providing IT for my music partner!

u can export wave/mp3 from reason i think u would have to solo each track + export each file seperately tho
