Reason Essentials (September 30, 2011)

Reason 6.5 was released at the same time as Reason Essential 1.5

Mac OS X 10.7 Lion Compatibility Statements
Apple has released a new operating system, Mac OS X 10.7 also known as Lion. Our current products have been tested on this new OS X version and we are happy to report that Reason and Record are fully compatible.

ReCycle and Lion
Apple has removed Rosetta support from Mac OS X 10.7 (applications relying on Rosetta will not run). The current version of ReCycle (2.0 or 2.1) is relying on Rosetta and will not run if you upgrade to Mac OS X 10.7. (this applies to Recycle versions prior to 2.2)
Registered ReCycle owners can sign up for the ReCycle 2.2 beta here. ReCycle owners will be notified when ReCycle 2.2 is released.

Hardware Note
Your music system does not consist of software alone. Please be aware that you may need to update the installation of your audio hardware, keyboard controller or other controller when upgrading to Mac OS X 10.7. We recommend that you consult the hardware manufacturer for more information about compatibility, before you upgrade your operating system.
